Alliance Assertion on Federal Workforce Government Order

Assertion from Robert Roach, Jr.
President, Alliance for Retired Individuals

The 4.4 million members of the Alliance for Retired Individuals strongly condemn this Administration’s retaliatory government order attacking the elemental rights of federal employees—hardworking public servants—to collectively discount.

It is a blatant act of political retribution, focusing on the individuals who dedicate their careers to serving the general public. And make no mistake, whereas this government order is aimed on the federal sector they won’t cease till all employees have misplaced their collective bargaining rights.
Retirees know the distinction a good and simply office makes. Many people fought for these rights throughout our careers, and we refuse to face by as they’re stripped away from the following technology of public servants.

This government order doesn’t simply damage federal employees—it weakens the effectivity and effectiveness of the very businesses that serve the American folks. We stand in robust opposition to this reckless and unjust motion and in solidarity with the federal workers who work tirelessly to serve their fellow Individuals.
